The dealership treated me like I was not worthy of a call back or worth them even pulling my credit after I was willing to travel 3 hours to trade in my vehicle and pay whatever down to get the vehicle that back or worth them even pulling my credit after I was willing to travel 3 hours to trade in my vehicle and pay whatever down to get the vehicle that I wanted. The finance manager John Simms told me that the vehicle I wanted was not the vehicle for me because it was too expensive and would take thousands down to purchase. He made this accusation out of pure ignorance. Didn't even pull my credit. It upset myself and NY husband so bad. I will never do business at this place and shame on John and MIke for treating me that way. I'm assuming because I'm a black woman I can't afford a 64 thousand dollar tahoe. We were trying to purchase the vehicle and pay half of it off but was never given that chance. I am disgusted with how I was treated and do not recommend anyone to do business with these people. More

I was overly impressed by the overall service, patience, and atmosphere of Honda of Ocala. Before my visit with them I could honestly say that I disliked dealerships whole heartedly, however after going th and atmosphere of Honda of Ocala.
