He always greets me and I just know I’m in great hands. If I’m coming in for one thing and another thing pops up that needs to be addressed I am always informed and given a detail run down and I forally apprecia that. I love that they offer loaners when a work order needs some time and if I have to wait- there waiting area is big, comfortable, and dog friendly. Great dealership! Thanks Mini of Ramsey! More

I just let him know my VIN and he was able to pull up exactly everything that was needed for my car and even found that I had a recall and was able to order the things I need to fix that problem when I go back.
