Randomly while driving the radio stops working, the speedometer drops to zero, the headlights flicker on and off, and every light on the dash comes on. We took it to the service center twice, and were told that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but that the car was safe to drive. The car broke down in the middle of a busy road today with my wife and dog in the car. Thanks for putting my family in danger. More

Piazza Customer for life. Let me first by saying having to buy a new car sucks, especially if its under unpleasant circumstances but my experience was great start to finish. I made an inquiry and had all my initial questions answered by Stephanie Kimbro and Nina Davis. They were so patient and always followed up with me. Next Joe Unterkofler (just call him Joe U) helped make arrangements so that I could come in. I have two small children and a full time job and i felt like he really understood and valued my time. I told him what I could do and he made it happen. I didn't have to retell my story, what I wanted or my current situation when I got there. I met with Tiffany Seifrit my Sales Consultant who answered all my stupid little questions, entertained my kids and could have not been more kind. Lastly to go over my contracts I sat with Lisa Grose, the finance manager and I learned more about all the things as a consumer that i should know when buying a car. She was so funny and charismatic I found myself just talking to her for 20 minutes. I scheduled my first oil change with Mike Latch, nice guy. This whole experience was fast, easy and transparent. I wanted an itemized quote, and I got it. I wanted a price comparison and I got it, no questions asked. I needed a ride or a delivery - done. No games, no gimmicks, no weird sale tactics - just a genuine human interaction. My time and money were truly valued here and I'm so very grateful. I'm sure people hear this in commercials but I'm going to say it - cheesy as it is...but I'm a Piazza Customer for life. More

Car inspection quick and accurate Brought my car in for the annual state inspection. My service advisor, Mike Latch, was an expert in every sense of the word. Customer service focused, he had my vehicle inside, and inspected immediately. Mike also took the time to explain everything, and I was in and out quickly, extremely satisfied with the inspection and the customer care that the Piazza service department offers. I own two Hyundai Elantras, and will bring the other one in as well, when it is due for inspection in April. Hopefully, Mike Latch will be there on that day as well, as you could not find a better service advisor, anywhere. Thank you Piazza Hyundai of Limerick (Pottstown). More

Best all around We had taken our car in for an emergency repair of the transmission. Once we had our vehicle in we immediately were given the option of a loaner vehic We had taken our car in for an emergency repair of the transmission. Once we had our vehicle in we immediately were given the option of a loaner vehicle from Rick as we had purchased from them in the past and currently bring three vehicles for service. Jason had called me later in the afternoon with the estimate. Being an 11 year old car we had to make the choice of the repair or purchase. All of my repair options were presented to me and we had to make the wisest decision and lease or purchase. The next morning we spoke with Joe in sales who had helped us twice before and immediately started working for us. Within 15 minutes we had a car and a deal worked up on paper and once we decided what to do we had the deal finalized a few minutes later. They really helped us in a bind and an emergent situation from the rapid repair eval to the loaner as not to miss work to the quick sale. Literally from front to back,an A1 team. More

My favorite automobile service providers. Took my 2003 Hyundai Elantra in for service due to check engine light and replacement of front struts. Due to staffing issues, my car could not be seen until earl Hyundai Elantra in for service due to check engine light and replacement of front struts. Due to staffing issues, my car could not be seen until early on Monday. I'm spoiled by always being able to bring the car in right away and was a little unnerved. They were able to provide loaner had the repair gone to a second day and this was comforting. Price for struts & installation was just a bit higher than quoted by another repair service but I trust these guys to be thorough and honest, so I went with them. I am very grateful for these service people and especially Rick Stubbelbine. Treat them well!! Thanks for this opportunity. More
