I unfortunately would not recommend Middletown Nissan to anyone. I've never felt so unwelcomed. I had an appointment to look at a used SUV, and apparently they had already sold it. But no one called to tell anyone. I've never felt so unwelcomed. I had an appointment to look at a used SUV, and apparently they had already sold it. But no one called to tell me it was sold. I came in with the hopes of checking it out, and then sat awkwardly at a desk waiting for the salesperson to figure out what was going on. I left upset because I wasted my time. No one even called for a follow up until a week later. Very glad I went somewhere else. More
