Ordered a new truck in February 2021, truck delivered to dealership end of May 2021, but was missing the cargo convenience package, Weld county garage did not have the parts, Said they had to order them, I dealership end of May 2021, but was missing the cargo convenience package, Weld county garage did not have the parts, Said they had to order them, I wait 6 weeks with no work from them finally I track down the parts, they are sitting there waiting to install on my truck, I contact my sales guy, to pick up my truck, bring me a loaner as agreed upon when I took possession of the truck with out the parts, Its been a week and still no word from weld county garage about getting my truck in to get my parts installed. worst dealership I have ever worked with, first place the parts should have been there when the truck was delivered, or been delivered with the truck from the factory. I should not have to track the parts down for them. And not it seams like I will need to install the parts myself as this dealership is not willing to put them on. All I want is the truck I ordered as I ordered it More
