Absolutely horrible service experience. Got a notification that my second key is ready. I had already scheduled an appointment for a recall so I thought I'll get a second key programmed the Got a notification that my second key is ready. I had already scheduled an appointment for a recall so I thought I'll get a second key programmed the same day. Nope, it turns out the key has to be ordered . They said they will order it. Got a call the following Wednesday telling me the key is at the dealer. I scheduled an appointment during the same call. Came in, they took my car, told me it would take approx. 1-1.5 hours. After about an 1 hour and 15 minutes my SA calls and said the key is not here and that whoever called me made a mistake and I can pick up my truck and go home. No apologies for my inconvenience. SA said they will let me know when the key arrives. That was a week and a half ago. No news, total silence. Way to treat customers after a sale. More
