Mike explained and showed me all of the technology ("infotainment" screen, buttons on the steering wheel, and other tech things that were new to me) and answered the many questions I had. I've been a Madelia Ford customer for about 25 years and know them to have outstanding (and honest!) customer service and very competent mechanics. I wouldn't trust ANY other dealership to do maintenance on my vehicles, nor will I ever purchase a vehicle anywhere other than Madelia Ford! Best care anywhere!

Last month, my car wouldn't start. I tried jump starting it, but to no avail. I called Madelia Ford and told them I didn't know what to do. Mike
Last month, my car wouldn't start. I tried jump starting it, but to no avail. I called Madelia Ford and told them I didn't know what to do. Mike came to my house (about 13 miles away) with a flatbed truck in case jump starting it didn't work. Fortunately, it did start, and I drove over to the dealership to get a new battery. Within about 40 minutes, the new battery was installed and I was on my way home! It's so comforting to know that if/when I have car trouble, help is only a phone call away. They have to have the BEST team and customer service of anywhere, and I will always be a loyal customer!
