Called ahead, drove 3 hours for a truck they said was available and they would have ready for us only to get there and be told there isn't good communicate between departments and the truck was already s available and they would have ready for us only to get there and be told there isn't good communicate between departments and the truck was already sold the day prior. Management then told us they have sold trucks out from underneath people even though the other buyers put 20,000 down on the truck. This dealership has no integrity. More

This dealership realized they didn't have a second key/fob for my car that I JUST PAID CASH FOR! After multiple tries they couldn't produce a second key/fob. They REFUSED to refund my money even thoug key/fob for my car that I JUST PAID CASH FOR! After multiple tries they couldn't produce a second key/fob. They REFUSED to refund my money even though I PAID IN CASH for a brand new car that ONLY HAD 8 MILES ON IT! Without a second key/fob it made it IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE THE CARE ON TRIPS! They were rude and DID NOT CARE! More
