WORST DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS! Took the car in for a transmission problem. The said it needs solenoids. Paid a very high cost and after the were replaced had a stalling problem wi Took the car in for a transmission problem. The said it needs solenoids. Paid a very high cost and after the were replaced had a stalling problem with the car. Had it back in there 6 times each time they did something different and said it was fixed which each time it was not. So after spending a boatload of money time out of work the stalling still was not fixed. Took it to another mechanic that found the solenoids were not put in properly and was the cause of the problem. So now I have to pay more money to have the trans ripped apart after their poor job that the had no clue about. This is not the first time this dealership could not figure a problem out when I brought it in. The service guy Steve there is soooo rude and Mike Hughes the manager never returns phone calls. Horrible experience not to mention expensive! More

wiring/ short in the car I brought my car in because the Computer was shorting out. I explained when I came in back on June 10th, that something is shorting out the computer. I advised that i was able to unplug the neg cable and make the engine light go away and fix the car until it shorts out again. They first insisted the problem was the TIPM basically all the FUSES for the car. It was over $700 and did not fix the problem, infact it lasted about a month before the computer shorted out again. Now they told me its the computer that needs to be replaced, They wanted another $900.for it. They agreed to knock the price down to around $550. They also guaranteed me this would fix my car and if it ends up being something else its on them because for the $700 repair that didn't need to be done and the $550 computer that didn't need to be done the car could have been repaired if they diagnosed it properly.Well guess what it didn't fix the issue so I had to again bring my car back in August, They kept my car for a week, they didn't let me know what was going on and they didn't give me a loaner. I picked up the car and it lasted less than a month once again. This time i got the GM involved Jason Whidden who said he would take care of. He set appt so that i could have loaner this time and not be without a car for a week again. I got the car back and this time they replaced 2 wires that are the supposed cause of the short but still have not fixed the car the computer is still shorting out. After placing this review I was called by the GM Jason who set us up with a loaner so that they could again attempt repair. They got Chrysler on the phone and they replaced the ignition. When I picked up the car I drove across the street for dinner and the car shorted out again. We immediately returned to the dealership where they gave us the loaner car back. They searched high and low throughout the wiring but have not been able to locate what is shorting out the computer. They replaced the computer and attempted multiple times to short out the computer the same way I was. I think it Has to do with T15 circuit since of the codes before it shorts out was p0882 which also relates to listening to the radio while the car is not running. To me that seemed to be when the short was occurring. I picked up the car this morning 11/8/16 so time will tell if computer number 4 does the trick or if there is something that is still shorting it out. More

Tracy took her time and showed us how to use every option on the vehicle. Scott Poth the finance manager was another pleasure to deal with, he had me in and out of the finance office within 30 minutes from explaining my finance options and transferring my tag to the new vehicle. Tracy had also taken me to meet the service manager Mike Hughes and the general manager Jason Whidden. I feel very Mike and his team will take good care of me when the vehicle needs service. Good service department bad product. Good service. I was originally very upset about my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee having to be taken in for a check engine light 4 times in 2 months, and 11 Good service. I was originally very upset about my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee having to be taken in for a check engine light 4 times in 2 months, and 11 times in 3 years for other various issues including 3 factory recalls, but after speaking with Mike in person I feel they do understand my frustration and are working hard to make it right. I'm still not happy with the Jeep product and would not recommend the car itself but my opinion of the Ferman service department has changed. More
