My first NEW car experience Words can't express how excited I was Driving away from Smith Haven Jeep today with my Brand New 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport! My first NEW car experience and I can't Thank Everyone who helped enough!!! I was referred by Leah, she told me that I could get a Jeep Wrangler (MY DREAM CAR) for a great lease price but for a limited time only. Once I got to the Dealership I met Charlie the General Sales Manager was super helpful and really funny and he introduced to me to Mike Horan (The Best Salesman EVER)!!! I told him my heart was set on white & just like that he found me the perfect White Jeep Wrangler that I Now lease!!! Randy the other sales manager also really funny and helpful went out of his way to get me approved, & when we finally got the approval I felt like they were all just as excited as I was!!! I am super thankful I had their help and Thanks to them today I drove away with MY DREAM JEEP, it is the vehicle that I have always wanted but never thought I would be able to get! More

I made it clear to Chris that I was close to making a deal another dealer, but I would give them a chance to compete for my business because I was unhappy with the value the placed on my trade in. I also made it clear that I would not be signing a deal when I came in. I called 20 minutes before driving over to make sure someone would be ready to pick up where I left off with Chris. I arrived and was put with the next available sales person (Mike Horan). He was completely unaware of any prior communication with Chris. Mike refused to work up an offer unless I promised to sign a deal on the spot, so I walked out. Big waste of my time. More

I've always wanted a jeep, and being that a jeep truck has affordable luxury offered, four wheel drive, qualified safety and new 2016 models, I decided to finally step into the dealership and learn more about my options and test drive what's out there. From the moment I stepped into the driver seat of the new 2016 Jeep Compass, I knew it was the right side truck and contained the luxury, exterior and interior designs I've always wanted. I was lucky to meet sales manager Michael Horan. He was able to answer all of my questions, quickly handle paperwork, and while test driving the 2016 Jeep Compass took me to where I could pick out the jeep design I've always wanted. Mike was friendly, smart, and determined to figure out a price for the jeep that fell into the range of what I could afford to buy and pay off monthly. Prior to my recent experience, my sister leased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot through Mike Hogan as well. He helped her achieve what she wanted for herself and worked to figure out monthly payments that were better then she hoped for. I gladly recommend Mike to anyone looking to shop for a car at smith haven Chrysler dodge jeep ram. He has many years of experience and is honest and personable with customers.
