Just picked up my Explorer after having it there for a recall. Started driving down the road and could hear air, my window had been left open about an inch all night. Called the service manager to see how recall. Started driving down the road and could hear air, my window had been left open about an inch all night. Called the service manager to see how that happened (my windows were frozen when I dropped it off so I know my windows were shut all the way), he had no explanation for me. I asked what they were going to do to make up for it....was told I could get a free oil change (told him that's not good enough I already have 8 of those from our purchases there). Told him I want it detailed, he immediately refused because that's a $200 service. They don't take care of their customers after they get their money from the sale. This isn't our first bad experience with them, but it will be the last. I won't buy another vehicle from them ever again! More
