We shopped online for two months looking for the right deal on a new Chevy Malibu. Phillips Chevrolet had the lowest internet price I could find within 100 miles of our home, so we drove up to look at the deal on a new Chevy Malibu. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mike Ferris, the sales rep we would be working with. Our experience with Mike was outstanding, a nice and knowledgeable guy who answered all of our questions in a timely manner and did everything on his end to make sure our experience was second to none. From Lisa, who answered my phone call, to Mike Ferris, our sales rep, to Brian McMahan the general manager, to Eric Sieloff in finance, this is a class act dealership. "I began my search online and found this dealership to be responsive without being pushy. I was greeted by Mike as I entered the dealership & the keys to the vehicles I came to see were ready to go! I picked the vehicle I wanted to view first & Mike pulled it right up to the door for me. I test drove the vehicle and was so impressed with it that I wasn't even interested in the other vehicles I planned to see. I asked Mike to run some numbers on the truck I test drove and within 15 minutes we shook hands and the deal was done! I was not pushed into phone contact as I was by other dealers. I was not pushed into an appointment & instead was able to make the appointment on MY time. I didn't spend hours haggling because not only was the price more than fair, the numbers were explained to me in detail & the trade-in value on my previous vehicle was also more than fair. It was such a great deal that it was the FIRST Chevy dealer I visited and the FIRST time I ever sat in that particular model vehicle - & I bought the FIRST one I test drove!!! The vehicle exceeded my expectations as did Mike & the rest of the team I met while there. Even while purchasing my vehicle, I watched other people purchasing other vehicles & the whole place was filled with happy faces! The staff AND the customers all behaved as if they were at ease - there was NO sense of tension in the air! It was almost too good to be true! While we were there my wife saw the Traverse & was so impressed with the vehicle AND the dealership that she is now working with Mike to find a vehicle for her!! Thanks to Mike & all the staff for making my experience so pleasant & for sending me home in the vehicle of my dreams!
