First of all I have NO IDEA who Mike Haverl is. NEVER met the guy! We dealt with Joe and he was awesome! However the way things were handled with the dealership was very unprofessional. Between the NEVER met the guy! We dealt with Joe and he was awesome! However the way things were handled with the dealership was very unprofessional. Between the paperwork and the lies that were told about fixing things on the car. Our time was wasted multiple times having to go BACK to Milford because things were not done properly and they in fact LIED to my husband about even doing it! The mechanic looked him dead in the face and told him the seals were replaced as the car was leaking fluid out of the car leaving puddles everywhere! Not to mention that the car was filled with trash when we bought it- absolutely disgusting! Extremely disappointing. And again, I am not sure who this Mike person is and WHY on earth he is associated with this experience. But Joe was very kind and helpful. The rest of the experience was complete trash! More
