Found me vehicle within my budget. Steven helped me move a car load of items from one car to the new one. The entire team was awesome. After my 2/5/2012 ordeal at Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie, I swore never to return to that dealership, but for the professionalism and kindness of one of the managers I did return. He called me and apologized I swore never to return to that dealership, but for the professionalism and kindness of one of the managers I did return. He called me and apologized for the incidence that happen earlier in the day. He said that it was a very busy day and the service area was swarmed with a lot of customers. In the process of trying to keep their high standard of customer satisfaction they made some errors. He promised me that such errors would never happen again. He told me I wasn’t lied to and that it was just a mix up. He convinced me to bring in my car the next day which I did and I received the highest standard of customer service I had ever received from any dealership. My car and I left the dealership very happy and we promise to return to Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie. More
