This time around I was undecided between a new Acura or Mercedes. Cindy was so patient and spent an incredible amount of time test driving various models with me. She was also knowledgeable enough to answer every question I had. Ultimately it took me 3 months to make a final decision. Never was Cindy pushy or annoyed I was taking up so much of her time. She took her time and explained the differences between the two vehicles as well as the options available. She even let me take a vehicle for a test drive.
