All of a sudden my car wouldn't start I was all by myself and was without roadside assistance. My first call was to the person I trust most with my car: Don Post in the service department at Mercedes myself and was without roadside assistance. My first call was to the person I trust most with my car: Don Post in the service department at Mercedes of Salem. That was the only call I had to make that day. After that it was like magic; someone from the dealer came quickly to attempt to jump start my car and after a tow truck. Since it didn't start Mercedes sent their roadside assistance, who then sent a tow truck to take my car to Mercedes of Salem. Since I was car-less they also offered a $100 voucher for a "FREE" Lyft ride anywhere I needed to go. In three days she was fixed with a new starter, even though the part was not in stock There was a few facts that stand out for me: I paid nothing for the extra roadside assistance service and honestly that's a huge savings. Secondly, I didn't feel alone, stuck and without help. Thank You Donofrio Family.....and Mercedes Service Dept! More
