I was impressed by staff courtesy and the timeliness of the service. When my inspection and work were completed it was reviewed with me and I was able to ask question if necessary. Buying the vehicle was simple. Tho I did have an interest rate over the phone going in with credit app all filled out and ready to go then after final sell it had changed bc it was Tho I did have an interest rate over the phone going in with credit app all filled out and ready to go then after final sell it had changed bc it wasn't “certified pre owned”. But that’s fine. After a couple months of owning it. There is a shake in the rear end ( I knew it just needed the rear tires to be balanced, it’s been doing this since I bought it. So of course that wasn't under warranty. But still had it done because it needed it. After making that appointment, knowing that I had to have it back by 3 no later. Dropped off at 9 or 9:30. Keep in mind it just needed the rear tires balanced. After having it all day called about it once to make sure it would be ready. I get there with no phone call around 3:00 still wasn’t finished. Waited there for another hour making me late to where I needed to be. Finally finished it. And after all day there, after only balancing two rear tires. Charged me over $80.00 late to my daughter’s basketball game that I missed. ALSO, still shaking in the rear end. Needless to say I will not be back to have my truck serviced also thinking about trading in the vehicle somewhere else just because. It’s a shame bc my wife has excellent service at their Roanoke location. To bad it can’t be the same here closer to home. More
