This is the 2nd car I have purchased from you and I am very satisfied. Spencer was a little hands off and did not answer my questions about certified pre owned vehicle and I still have no answers regardin very satisfied. Spencer was a little hands off and did not answer my questions about certified pre owned vehicle and I still have no answers regarding that. Also to me just to come get vehicle that’s needed an inspection but was not ready when I got there, he was gone and no communication to other staff. Had to purchase new wiper blades immediately as these were not in good working order, unsafe, when I received vehicle back. I have had good experiences in the past this time lack of communication made me fell less important. I do like the vehicle I bout but have concerns it was rushed and maybe not inspected properly. I will never recommend the services of Eduardo De Alba. Purchasing a car with the help of De Alba included lies on interest rates, one to two word interactions. My experience with Owatonna Ford's service was prompt and friendly! I thoroughly enjoy the vehicle I purchased, as it runs like a charm! They were flexible on price and I was treated with respect and greeted friendly! I thoroughly enjoy the vehicle I purchased, as it runs like a charm! The only thing I can complain about is the shape of the vehicle's interior, and it was FULL of garbage. I wish they could have at the very least cleaned out the garbage or had it detailed at the most. But, overall my satisfaction is â…˜ Stars! Keep up the GOOD WORK OWATONNA FORD!!!! More

Thank you for asking. Gladly. First, our sales guy Mike H was great. A true professional, as he always is. But within the first 72 hours of having the vehicle we had a Gladly. First, our sales guy Mike H was great. A true professional, as he always is. But within the first 72 hours of having the vehicle we had a flat tire, no washer fluid, and a warning light that indicated the car needed an oil change. We are shocked you let this car leave the lot. If the car has low tire pressure, needs washer fluid, and the oil is not new, what kind of condition is this car really in? I’ll be bringing in the receipts for reimbursement for the washer fluid and full service oil change, and will now demand an extended warranty at a dramatically reduced price for this substandard vehicle. Now what you going to do about that? More
