Clear, to the point, no high pressure and willing to answer any questions we had including OTD pricing. Ken let my wife and I take as much time to test drive several vehicles. Ken was able to find me answer any questions we had including OTD pricing. Ken let my wife and I take as much time to test drive several vehicles. Ken was able to find me the exact model at another location, with the exact exterior and interior color, and gave me a great price. It was the first time in quite some time that I didn't feel abused, ripped off, insulted, or stuck with add-ons that I didn't ask for. Ken knew the cars, was able to answer all of our questions, didn't mind we drove several models, and didn't mind that we took our time looking around the lot. We decided to narrow our choices to three, and there was no high pressure to buy the higher-priced vehicle, and Ken seemed happy to sell me any car, regardless of the MSRP. I appreciated his positive relaxed approach. This was a much better experience than I had at a different Honda dealership. Thank you Ken, Mike, and Eddie for making this a great experience. More

Searching for a used vehicle is never easy and I wanted a good first experience for my 19 year old son as this would be his car. Mike Gors (GM) will forever change how I feel about Car Dealers. From the moment he took over the deal, his sole mission was my satisfaction. Mike was prompt and professional with any issue and without hesitation fixed any concerns to guarantee my complete satisfaction. The deal took several days to complete but Mike was in constant communication with me every step of the way, he answered every call, email, text and most importantly everything he said he would do, he did. I can't say enough about Mike, his dedication and commitment separate him from the rest. More

I was looking to buy a Honda CRV. I was working with Zach Jarm who was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy towards things I wasn’t interested in. In working out a deal Zach ha I was working with Zach Jarm who was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy towards things I wasn’t interested in. In working out a deal Zach had to get approval from his manager Mike Goars. A situation occurred that honestly made me want to walk out of the store and NEVER buy from Honda of Joliet. If it wasn’t for Zach I would have. There was some discrepancies in prices from what my father had talked to Tim about on the phone and the price we were being quoted. My dad was told something different on phone. Michael asked Zach if he showed us the sticker on the window of the car. Zach said no. He told Zach rudely and arrogantly he wasn’t doing his job and when was he going to do he going to do what he was supposed to. I was shocked at Michael’s unprofessional and arrogance. You do not belittle your employees in front of customers. Totally unprofessional. I called him out on it! And what is even worse in my book is he didn’t even apologize for his behavior. If I was dealing with Michael I would have never have bought a car from him! More
