After feeling mistreated by my previous service center that I had frequented for years, I then brought my S4 to Audi Miami South and now I realized I should have just came here in the first place. They provided me the service experience I believe I should have received from the last place. Mike took care of me, said he'd try to do what he could, and ended up making it extremely smooth and easy to get my car worked on. Not only that, I was given an incredibly beautiful new loaner to drive while my vehicle was being worked on, which was a pretty big job. Omar had sold me my extended warranty, and I am glad he did. I now learned my lesson, take your vehicle to Audi Miami South. They righted all the wrongs of my previous experience at the last dealership and to be perfectly honest are a big reason why I remain an Audi customer. This team did a wonderful job, and I really believe this service center is the best one of all car brands I've been to in Miami-Dade in my 10+ years of living here. Thank you team for your incredible effort and help, keeping my car in great condition, and bringing it to me cleaner and nicer than when I left it.
