Dead Battery, 1 year 8 months 1 year and 8 months ago I purchased my Jeep here and had 6 Engine light events go on. Eventually the Jeep would not start. Called for help from Stew 1 year and 8 months ago I purchased my Jeep here and had 6 Engine light events go on. Eventually the Jeep would not start. Called for help from Stew Hansen's, got voicemail 4 times, then I finally got a call back but my phone rang once then whoever was calling hung up. I called the number and got the receptionist, She said she missed my call because she was in the ladies room and she was the only one answering the phone. Got service, got passed around, given ENORMOUS cost estimates for check and possible battery. I spoke to the GM, he said I must have gotten their telemarketing people. Got in, Service People were just interested in the fact that they leave in 1 1/2 hours. Was never given information until closing time, my car was ready and that I would have to pay for a new battery. Wham Bam Thank you Man! Never AGAIN...Stew Hansen's Where I got RAMMED! More

Impressed I purchased a used pickup from Stew Hansen and it was the easiest, most plesent car buying experience I have ever had. A few weeks later a mechanical I purchased a used pickup from Stew Hansen and it was the easiest, most plesent car buying experience I have ever had. A few weeks later a mechanical problem appeared. They took care of it no questions asked. I was pleasently suprized. I had to use a mechanic shop other than theirs because I am quite a distance from Stew Hansen. The mechanics there commented on quality of the truck and how impressed they were with the customer service Stew Hansen provided. Then I told them what I paid for the truck and they were kind of shocked. They said I really got quite the bang for my buck. I agree. Thanks Stew Hansen John Childress More

very freindly and efficent throughout the whole process from the write up area to the service mangager to the service techs. Fixed my problem the first time. Nice waiting room. Even got a chance to check from the write up area to the service mangager to the service techs. Fixed my problem the first time. Nice waiting room.
