Absolutely horrible customer service. OK to buy from, but they don't honor Chrysler warranty. Service Department is unqualified and beyond incompetent. I have no idea why Chrysler let's OK to buy from, but they don't honor Chrysler warranty. Service Department is unqualified and beyond incompetent.
