Found a 2023 Ford Expedition Max Limited on CarGurus liated for Hudson of north Charleston. The price was almost to good. I reached out to inqure, mike garris got backbwith me in the evening. However the next morning i was informed they would honor the price, so i started the process. They came real close to matching my pre approved rate. I drove to charelston from columbia. Things started out with a mistake on pricing posted on website, Sales Mgr. John ?, 0 personality..offered a degrading approach which left me no choice but to leave in disgust..I felt bad for the sales rep website, Sales Mgr. John ?, 0 personality..offered a degrading approach which left me no choice but to leave in disgust..I felt bad for the sales rep., Joe Green, he has a great personality and operates with class. Two days later I was by the dealership and stopped in again. I met with both the sales manager Eric as well as the General Manager, Eric, who both apologized and made the transaction right. Unfortunately Joe Green was off, so I was introduced to Mike Garris, who was nothing more than a paper pusher. When I returned with the check and title to my trade to complete the purchase Mike rushed me out and totally avoided showing me anything regarding the phone integration and infotainment system..all he said was "let's go". The dealerships General Manager , Eric and Joe Green, the sales Rep. are good examples of how it should be.. Time will tell as to how the service experience will prove out to be. More
