With the new ordering window opening for Ford Mavericks, I stopped in to hopefully get things rolling. The sales manager said that they could start the order process, but were unsure of how much they will b I stopped in to hopefully get things rolling. The sales manager said that they could start the order process, but were unsure of how much they will be charging for the vehicles. I said, won't you be charging MSRP on vehicles ordered? And his response was something like, no... I can get around $10K over MSRP in today's market. Why anyone would pay over MSRP on a new vehicle is beyond me. I grew up in the car industry and have a good idea of the profit a dealer makes if they sell the car at MSRP. I don't know why they think it is ok to gouge customers who don't know any better. As for me? I will be taking my business elsewhere. If all of the area Ford dealers are treating the customers like Woodhouse is, then I will just wait for the new Dodge and Toyota small pickups to come out. More

My Atchley experience. I was impressed with the Atchley sales team in my recent new car purchase. This was my first time buying at Atchley. Ed Major contacted me, invited I was impressed with the Atchley sales team in my recent new car purchase. This was my first time buying at Atchley. Ed Major contacted me, invited me to come down for a test drive, even offered to grab a vehicle off the show floor. I almost didn't buy till he called the next day, I came in to buy, he came in on his day off and insisted on staying till financing was complete...which was unnecessary in my opinion. Mike Galvan worked well with us...very friendly. I'm glad Ed talked me into the vehicle with all the options! More

Wonderful Service I have been a customer of Atchley Ford for many years and I feel that I have come full circle. With the help of Herman Shields and his team and God I have been a customer of Atchley Ford for many years and I feel that I have come full circle. With the help of Herman Shields and his team and God Almighty literally I was able to overcome the obstacles I was faced with. I was able to purchase a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion. Herman and his team got me a great deal that shocked me to the point it brought tears to my eyes. I felt like part of a family from a bunch of great guys... Thank you Herman excellent work! More

No Hidden Agendas or Pushy Agents; All Promises Kept I came into the Atchley Ford dealership to get a tether retrofitted on my old 97 Ford Escort for my son's carseat not knowing that 3 days later I woul I came into the Atchley Ford dealership to get a tether retrofitted on my old 97 Ford Escort for my son's carseat not knowing that 3 days later I would drive away in a 2016 Ford Focus in Racecar Red. I figured as I was waiting to get the tether installed that I would begin my search for my much needed new car. This is where I was introduced to Kenny, who was straightforward, detailed, and knew what I wanted before I did. I test drove this 2016 Ford Focus SE and actually felt pretty bad that I had put 13 miles on this car that only had 20 on it when we got in. It is a great model. It is modern, sleek, and perfect size and style for a new teacher and mom. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The warranties on top of such a modern car were icing on the cake. I have zero worries on this car for the duration of my lease including oil changes, tire rotation, bumper to bumper, power and transmission, and roadside assistance. On Saturday, Kenny and Mike sat me down and I told him my budget and he promised he would get me as close as possible to it, and he did! I went to another dealership, H&H Kia, just so I wasn't buying or leasing the first and only car I test drove, and I was not happy. The car was lower quality, the sales agent was pushy, and very misleading with what I could afford. I was cordial and left hoping that Kenny could follow through on his promises from Saturday and he did just that. Christopher came in on the financing side and made sure all of the numbers were correct and all of my paperwork was perfect. I am glad I picked this dealership to install my tethers or I may have not found my new race car red Winona (my car's name). Thank you Atchley Ford for all your hard work, follow through, and all around great customer service! I would definitely recommend Kenny (or Chris, or Mike) to all family and friends! More

Not only Excellent Customer Service, Exceptional Service I purchased a used 2008 Ford F 150 form Chris Dworshack at Atchley. Chris was great and the sale went without a hitch. I purchased the Ford ESP Powe I purchased a used 2008 Ford F 150 form Chris Dworshack at Atchley. Chris was great and the sale went without a hitch. I purchased the Ford ESP Powertrain Warranty with this truck. After driving the truck for a couple weeks, i noticed some engine noise and took it in for service. No engine codes and the service guys said it sounded normal. Drove it another couple weeks and still had the engine noise, took it back again and still no engine codes or anything obvious. Asked them if they would be able to look at the engine, which requires tearing it apart. They agreed. Mike Galvin, Jim Bier, and Dennis Z. all treated me exceptionally well. Keep in mind this is only an 18k used truck. They did not had to cater to me like they did, but they did. Jim and the service department worked hard on finding the problem but could not see anything obvious so they worked with Ford ESP to get my engine replaced. This is no small feat from what I have read and it takes a good service department to get this done. They got it done and I am an extremely satisfied customer. You guys rock! More

I first talked to Mike Galvin, told him exactly what we where looking for in a vehicle. Right away he said I have the perfect truck for you guys. Then he told me to come down and talk to Ron Archer. He was the most easy going, and helpful in all kinds of ways. There was no stress at all, not once.. He did what we asked and never questioned or anything. Friendly guy and made us feel good. I tell you what, I might not be a Ford girl, but I will be one know. This truly is the place to go for wanting awesome service. I will be going to them and Ron from here on out...Couldn't say enough about this place and Ron. More

TURBO TROUBLE I BROUGHT MY F-150 IN TO CHECK OUT THE TURBO'S AND FOUND OUT THAT MY TAILPIPE HAD BEEN KINKED SOMEHOW. SERVICE PERSONNEL SUGGESTED CUTTING KINKED PORT I BROUGHT MY F-150 IN TO CHECK OUT THE TURBO'S AND FOUND OUT THAT MY TAILPIPE HAD BEEN KINKED SOMEHOW. SERVICE PERSONNEL SUGGESTED CUTTING KINKED PORTION OFF. DID THAT AND THEY THEN WASHED MY TRUCK WHICH I CERTAINLY DIDN'T EXPECT! I DON'T KNOW WHO SUGGESTED THAT BUT I SURELY APPRECIATED IT!!
