Two weeks ago I went there to finalize a verbal deal I had with my favorite salesman who will remain nameless because of our friendship. We had a verbal agreement three months ago on a lease . When I went there to finalize the deal , the manager Mike decided to add a $5000 up charge to the deal . Needless to say I was very upset and left the dealership. I ended up going to Danbury Honda the Penske group leased the same vehicle for $200 less a month . And they gave me $3500 on my trade in . I understand the supply chain issues being in sales for 34 years myself. But I also understand you don’t screw some of your best customers with greed. I am sure mikes going to get his bonuses over the next couple months. But his short term decisions are going to cost Mt Kisco Honda in the long term . . More

What could have been a very unfortunate circumstance was handled with compassion and integrity. The engine light came on several miles after we drove away in our newly owned CRV. We drove right back to the dealership who then assured us that they would assess and stand behind their commitment to sell us a car that they deemed to be in excellent condition. They did just that. Made all the necessary assessments, replaced the faulty catalytic converter and had it all ready just one day later. From our salesman, Sebastian to the service manager Nick to the incredibly sincere and professional general manager, Mike Gallagher - this was a car purchase experience that we will move to the top of our list and hold all others to in the future. Sales follow-up and maintenance far surpass Toyota, Subaru, GM and may other car dealerships although one or two may supposedly offer better auto ratings and conveniences.
