Daytona Toyota has worked on my car several times. Mike in the tech department walked me through how to use my new car. When I had a few issues Jimmy worked on the issues and was persistent to keep lo Mike in the tech department walked me through how to use my new car. When I had a few issues Jimmy worked on the issues and was persistent to keep looking into why some issues were occuring. Karen was my service advisor and she kept me informed of the progress. Overall it has been a very good experience. Although all my issues are still not resolved with my new car. But it is definitely not any fault of Daytona Toyota. My car was rushed off an assembly line due to high demand of Hybrid Hylanders. More

They did not go over my invoice after a $1200 tune-up. I reviewed it at home and there appeared to be many duplicate and nefarious charges. I called up to discuss and was ignored. Won't be using your servies again. I can't prove it but I'm missing my Galaxy ear buds, a pair of sun glasses and a pair of sunglasses were damaged. The ear buds and glasses were in I can't prove it but I'm missing my Galaxy ear buds, a pair of sun glasses and a pair of sunglasses were damaged. The ear buds and glasses were in my car when I brought it on for an oil change and now they are gone. Someone opened the sunglass holder, looked at the glasses, put them in backwards and broke them when closing the lid. Very disappointed. More
