Today I purchased my seventh Mercedes-Benz over the last 19 years. The salesman Peter was fantastic and very helpful. Vijay was great at taking care of all the financing and warranty extras. Another amazing experience at Knauz Mercedes Benz. Peter did an amazing job. This is my second Mercedes purchase from Peter and Knauz. I live 2.5 hrs away and make the drive (literally past 3 other Mercede did an amazing job. This is my second Mercedes purchase from Peter and Knauz. I live 2.5 hrs away and make the drive (literally past 3 other Mercedes dealers) to Knauz. I also took my last car back for service, quality work, no pressure. To understand how buying a car should be you must give these folks a try. Seriously, I am not easily impressed, but Peter is an absolute pleasure to work with. And Juan made sure I understand all the features of my new GLS. Great experiece. More

Knauz should be embarrassed to charge $459 for a battery change; and then quote $2000 for a new alternator. The person in the Service Department, who gave us the prices and quote, is named Michael Dube.. change; and then quote $2000 for a new alternator. A wonderful experience I recently moved to Evanston, IL from Massachusetts. After having a Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 for close to two years now, and as anyone who owns a car lik I recently moved to Evanston, IL from Massachusetts. After having a Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 for close to two years now, and as anyone who owns a car like this knows, it's important to have professionals who will take care of your after sales needs and to ensure the car is in top shape. For my, it is very important that I have professionals whom I can reach out to any time, if I have an issue with my car. Professionals who know what they're doing and who will take care of your car just that way you will. I scoped a few different Mercedes-Benz dealers in the Greater Chicago area and after extensive online research, I decided to pick Knauz Continental Autos as my preferred dealership. Coincidentally, I was referred to Peter Polanski at Knauz by my boss at work who had recently purchased a stunning AMG GT from Peter. My boss was full of praise for Peter Polanski and his exceptional professional and friendly way of working. It was such a wonderful positive endorsement, that I immediately reached out to Peter to set up a meeting. Since meeting him, Peter has been nothing but friendly, courteous, understanding and helpful. Though I initially wanted to set up a dealer visit to introduce myself and just have couple of warning lights (oil, fluids etc.) my car checked (its been a while since I did it and I have had a few back-to-back multi-1000 mile drives), my interaction with Peter ended up being a discussion on what could be the next car I can get. Peter, without the usual pushy nature of some dealership that you might see, laid out options based on my needs, future plans without pushing me into a corner and forcing me to make a decision. Peter is understanding enough and we have established a nice relationship in such a short time that I know when the time comes, all I need to do is shoot an email to Peter to get things rolling. The dealership has a lot of options pretty much every time I went in, they have the latest models, plenty of new purchase options as well as lease options and used cars. Peter also set me up with a test drive in an AMG GT, which was an unforgettable experience. The dealership itself is a great, clean and almost everyone I interacted with have been very professional. I did end up going in for a schedule service which Peter set me up with Mike Dube. Mike Dube is this quiet wonderful guy. Very soft spoken and equally professional like the others at Knauz, he set up my car for the scheduled service, got everything checked and even advised me to have my tires rotated (I haven't done this for more than a year now). The whole service experience was a breeze. No unnecessary waiting or anything. When you own a car like a Mercedes-Benz, and if you have a dealership such as Knauz Continental Autos and people like Peter, Mike or Jim Blanchard to take care of it, all you need to do is get yourself in the driver's sear, buckle up and go have a blast driving the beautiful cars. A premium car needs premium care. While I do my part to give my car the world class premium care and treatment, I am glad to know Knauz, Peter, Mike or Jim are there to give it the premium professional care to keep it running nice and smooth. I highly recommend Knauz Continental Autos and for anyone looking for a get a Mercedes-Benz, I suggest reaching out to or asking for Peter Polanski (or Mike Dube or Jim Blanchard in service). This is not to say the others are not good - I just didn't have a chance to work with anyone else directly. I am sure the others are equally wonderful people. Good luck to those looking at getting a Mercedes-Benz. You can't go wrong with Knauz Continental Autos. More

2017 Mercedes GLC I had the most excellent customer service experience getting my new vehicle working with Dick Bradley, Vijay Zaveri, and Sam Greenberg! So good, I came back for seconds! In June of 2015 I purchased a New ML350 from Paul Kim with an assist from Hans Kribbel. The buying experience was one of the best and most enjoyable that I have ever had, and I cant remember how many vehicles that I have purchased in my 66 years. In fact,, our...my wife and I experienced such a professional , relaxed, and positive sales approach, that we came back for another Mercedes last week May 2016. This time, for an E350 4matic for me. I am now a 2 Mercedes family, and can honestly say the drive from Crystal Lake to Lake Bluff was well worth it. While there I dropped of our ML 350 for its yearly check up. Mike Dube treated us like family. The Ml came back looking like new and with a clean bill of health. In fact, Mike gave me more information and details on its condition than my family Doctor. He even showed me some things that our ML could do that I was unaware of. Overall this is the place to go for a new car, used car, or service. More
