A Schomp Automotive employee since 1995, I have found myself in several different positions. With knowledge in both service and sales, I pride myself on giving the best customer service one can provide while creating an environment for all to enjoy. The one common element in each of my positions is simple: “Putting my customers first and provide them with their best automotive experience”. My time away from the dealership you can usually find me in the kitchen or out in the yard, but if I can find a local car show, I’m there! I have become an avid collector of Invicta watches and currently have about 75, but with every watch comes matching ties so I now have a diverse collection of those also. My mom says that she has taught me well!

Very kind, courteous and fast. Very efficient process in Jordan was an excellent sales person for me. Absolutely horrible and deplorable! Unethical sales of flood cars with VIN scrub!!! Buying hurricane Sandy cars from NY and selling to unsuspecting owners! Brought the car back in 24h Unethical sales of flood cars with VIN scrub!!! Buying hurricane Sandy cars from NY and selling to unsuspecting owners! Brought the car back in 24hrs and 10 days later they processed my loan charge me for a car that I didn't even have (sales didn't even tell financing we returned the vehicle) - awful worst experience ever! I wouldn't trust their Service shop to work on my bicycle! They overfilled the oil and the radiator overfill tank was bone dry, ridiculous! More

Amazing staff and experience! I could not be any happier with my experience with Ralph Honda. This was a first time buying a car on my own, as a female I was a car salesman's dream I could not be any happier with my experience with Ralph Honda. This was a first time buying a car on my own, as a female I was a car salesman's dream. I had shopped around at a few other dealerships and was getting completely frustrated and taken advantage of. Until I came upon your dealership. I had sent in a contact request through the internet for a Honda Pilot I was interested in. I think it was Rob, that called me right away. He was so wonderful, in explaining how Ralph worked and listening to what needs I had in a car. He went through the options that were on the lot that met what I wanted. He was very honest, which I hugely appreciated, and not pressuring at all. I happened to show up there that same day without an appointment. Mike took me on my test drive and was amazing! He knew the car inside and out and explained everything about it to me. Very nice, professional, and again wasn't pressuring at all! There are other dealership's that state no haggle price as Ralph does. But what they don't tell you is that they add on $5,000 in extra fees. At Ralph the car price was the car price and then it was just the tax, and the state filing fee of $27.20. That is it, no dealer fees, processing fees, or other fine print fees. Ralph gave me a great deal on my trade in as well. I worked with Jin for the financing and he was great too. In fact he gave me cheesecake. Thanks Jin! I have a 15 year old son that will be needing a car soon, and my husband will be needing one in the next year as well. Without a doubt we will be coming back to Ralph Honda. Thank you to the entire staff at Ralph Honda for making my first car buying experience an easy, enjoyable experience. I absolutely love my Honda Pilot! Jen More
