They didn't "reply all" when requested. They avoided certain requests or missed them altogether. I wouldn't write a review except that, before actually driving away, their "business manager" could not stop pitching me products I told him over and over again that I didn't want. I had to get his sales manager to get him to stop and let us drive away. In no way does the title business manager fit. All he was doing was selling insurance. Not his fault really, but a problem with the dealership policies. Maybe all car dealerships do this. More

When looking for a new vehicle we were referred to Frank from a friend and it was an amazing experience from the start. During the test drive he was very informative, offering helpful tips and special featu from a friend and it was an amazing experience from the start. In the end we opted to purchase a brand new Forester. He was upfront and honest with costs, benefits of different packages and time frame. We ordered exactly what we wanted and new how long it would be till it would arrive. Once it arrived, he called us immediately and arranged pick up. During closing he took time to answer all our questions and offer final suggestions. Michael was great with the financing. He also took time to make sure all our questions were answered and we understood all the financing. Frank took time to make sure we understood all the functions of the car and that we were comfortable before we left. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to check out CMA Subaru in Staunton! Amazing customer service. More
