I brought my Subaru Forester 2020 for scheduled service in this dealership service department already twice. My feedback is highly negative. On top of regular service, I asked the service advisor to adjust in this dealership service department already twice. My feedback is highly negative. On top of regular service, I asked the service advisor to adjust tire pressure to 35 psi and include a car wash and a light interior vacuuming that were supposed to be complimentary. Upon delivery the car back, the car wash and vacuuming were not done. Tire pressure was down to 30 psi even though it was indicated 36 psi on the service sheet. I pointed it out to service advisor and the service manager. They agreed to correct the issues and compensated my complaints by filling the full tank of gas. However, I was forced to wait additional 1.5 hours. On my complaint why it all was not done right first time, I received no answer but shrugs both from the service advisor and service manager. I am going to this dealership because I have a service package. When it expires, I will never be going again to this dealership service again. More

I want to thank Kevin Schmidt the service manager For accommodating me and my concerns and providing me with a time slot for my 2018 Subaru Outback,I believe he went out of his way for a customer, I also accommodating me and my concerns and providing me with a time slot for my 2018 Subaru Outback,I believe he went out of his way for a customer, I also want to thank the service dept for explaining to me the radiator overflow and it’s operation for which I did not understand and addressing my concerns for the heating system within my vehicle, And I am still evaluating the heating system operation in my vehicle due to the warm weather. Sorry it has taken so long to write this but here it is. We are on our third Subaru from Wilde Subaru. The last two were leased with the assistance of Kalie Frick. Kalie was absolutely instrumental in answ We are on our third Subaru from Wilde Subaru. The last two were leased with the assistance of Kalie Frick. Kalie was absolutely instrumental in answering any and all questions during the whole,process. Being a car guy myself , Kalie amazed me at her total knowledge of the vehicle and the lease,process itself. It,was,a,total pleasure working with Kalie and look forward to,seeing her again. By the way the entire team at Wilde has been a great experience including the service department and everyone that we have worked with. Well one more department that was,a,pleasure was,the finance. Dept making signing all those forms kind of,a,fun thing.and explaining each step. More

Ever part of today's service appt on my Outback is the stuff of customer success! Mike dialed it in at every turn - in and out when I dropped my car off, status messages along the way, notification when stuff of customer success!
