I have been taking my Chevy Silverado to Carl Black for serving for over a year. Each encounter is fantastic. Leonard recently went above and beyond for me on my last visit, helping to re-engage my tailgate after another truck backed into my fender. As silly as it might seem, the fact that my tailgate wasn't properly connecting and I wasn't able to fix it on my own was a huge stressor to me. Service Rep John Chavez was calm, kind, and extremely honest and helpful. He explained things in a way I could understand. He answered all my questions. He referred me to Mike Hurn,Salesman. I believe In my heart that he truly did what was best for my situation and what he would have done if he had been in the same situation. A long distance sale is Difficult so I was at his mercy.
