Needless to say, when I sat down with Mike to discuss the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I definitely didn’t make the experience easy for him. Instead of being combative or trying to swindle me out of my requests, negotiations, and counter offers, Mike was able to put my distrust at ease and work with me to get the exact deal I wanted.
