Be very careful purchasing a used car from this place. I have had nothing but issues since I’ve done business with them. I bought my vehicle in 2021 with the best warranty package they offered and have ha I have had nothing but issues since I’ve done business with them. I bought my vehicle in 2021 with the best warranty package they offered and have had to have my truck serviced several times for the same issue that was under warranty that the mechanic claimed to fix. Now I’m finding out my warranty is outta time and they don’t wanna make right what was never corrected. My transmission ended up going out and they replaced it but from that point on they caused my truck to leak oil. My truck was not leaking oil prior to taking it to them and they said they would fix it. They claimed to have fixed it at mile marker 104,xxx but now I’m at 111,xxx and it has the exact same problem. I have all the paperwork in details but seeing as my warranty is outta time Chris the service manager wants to charge me out of pocket for a job that’s already been done by their mechanic that didn’t even last 10k miles and his excuse was the work was done the year prior. More
