Oustanding Experiences Dealing with Briarwood Ford I have had outstanding experiences dealing with Briarwood Ford since the mid-eighties. From our first sleek, sporty and practical Probe to a fun fil I have had outstanding experiences dealing with Briarwood Ford since the mid-eighties. From our first sleek, sporty and practical Probe to a fun filled Conversion van when the family was getting very active and I needed room for the gear of coaching baseball, basketball and soccer and later to the sporty Mustang my wife loved to drive so much. Later my son who had just graduated college had the privilege of buying the first beautifully redesigned and added power under the hood 2004 Mustang that the dealership received. Most recently, we did our first lease deal with the 2014 Focus that my wife and I who are downsizing not only our car but home just love. In all our dealings we have found the staff to be well above average in their knowledge of product and choices, and most importantly their sincere effort to put customer concerns first. Recently, I had my first dealings with the body shop. The work they did for me was beyond outstanding. This dealer is top drawer in every way. I see they just won the prestigious Ford Motor Presidents Award. I am not at all surprised. Do your self a favor and seek out the good people at Briarwood Ford. More
