My experience was with the Bolivar, TN location. I had a 2010 with 136,000 miles that this dealership had regularly serviced for the past three or four years. Earlier this year I took it in to have the oil 2010 with 136,000 miles that this dealership had regularly serviced for the past three or four years. Earlier this year I took it in to have the oil changed and check what appeared to me to be a minor oil leak. The leak was around the oil filter but they recommended replacing the gasket between the engine and the transmission. That recommendation more than doubled the cost of the repair. I always felt that recommendation was excessive. Then last months I went through Consumer Report to price a new truck. This dealership came back with, by far, the lowest price quote. When I arrived at the dealership they did not have the truck they had quoted but did have a higher priced model that met my requirements. I said if they were willing to sell me the truck with the same percent discount they had made on the lower model we had a deal. I just needed to return the following day with my truck to have it valued. The next morning I got a call from the salesman saying that the discount they offered me over the internet was only good if I financed the truck through them. I had made it clear from the beginning I intended to pay cash for the truck. This was a classic bait and switch. I should have known based upon my service experience and the fact that their internet discount was nearly twice other dealers’ quotes they could not be trusted. I would not recommend anyone to do. Business with this firm. More

Service department was awesome as well. Fast forward two and a half later, I wanted something larger. I don't drive a ton of miles. They got me into a brand new 2020 Lincoln Corsair! gorgeous vehicle. Once again, it was actually a fun experience. And I love it! Thank you Golden Circle Lincoln. I look forward to having my Corsair picked up and leave me a loaner while do things as simple as an oil change. And they will even wash and vacuum it when it is returned! Love it! More

Josh texted me saying he didn't see where this dealership ever ran a report on me. I was not very hopeful, but I filled out the app and let him go to work. He not only got me into a reliable car, he got me into a brand new Ford Fiesta; and he came and got me to finish the paperwork. I cannot say enough good things above the dealership and Josh. He was an answer to my specific prayer that morning! I've never worked with such a professional and friendly team.
