Outstanding experience I was originally looking at SUV's but did not care for the experience at that dealership. Chip Jurgens, professionalism, no pressure, straight forwar I was originally looking at SUV's but did not care for the experience at that dealership. Chip Jurgens, professionalism, no pressure, straight forward style was appealing. I test drove two cars and one of them twice before making my decision. It was the most outstanding, professional, major purchase experience I have ever had. I asked for the best offer up front with one counter offer before Belinda shook my hand and said, "Congratulations!" I have been introduced to about 8 staff and each experience has been the same-exceptional. I also appreciated the Kayla Marquardta who went over all the special features that Chip had pointed out, a few days later. Though it was my initial experience with Chip that made all the difference and intrigued me to stay. I also appreciated Mike Campo searching for the best rate. More

New sale We had great experience on the day of purchase. Later there was some difficulty reaching the team. However, after few days, we were able to contact and got the answer on third row climate control. We felt that lack of vent in the third row made it difficult to cool that row quicker one hot day. I checked with Andreas and he reported no similar complaints from the owners of other similar vehicles. So we decided to check it further and will report if we continue to experience same difficulty in future. More
