Took it to a kia dealership and was quoted $7000 worth of work needed. To say i was mad was an understatement. And nothing could be done because it was 16 days past the 30 day warranty. Had to trade it in and add all that money still left owed to a new loan to make sure I could get myself son and disabled son to and from places if I could give a negative rating I 1000% would. More

She accused me of playing her when she was the one who had my money and dragged me along for 2.5 hours and caused me to spent hundreds on Ubers and Instacart because I was waiting for this car to be done. Rona even verbally told me if I sued her she wouldn't care. They have done nothing to make this situation better. They showed no remorse. More
