This was the first time I’ve used this location and truthfully I think I’ll be switching all my services to this location, as the granger location has been quite rude and dismissive of me the last few times I’ve had any service done on my vehicle. The granger location has been the one doing all my services since 2022, but the recent shift in attitudes from their staff really frustrated me. Mike was so nice, it was a total tone shift that really helped me out. He has the best attitude towards customers, and just overall I’m super happy with how repairs and everything went. On Tuesday the engine light came on on my car, while I was heading towards Michigan City. I made a call Gates Service Center. The rep who answered my call told me that I could continue my trip but I need was heading towards Michigan City. I made a call Gates Service Center. The rep who answered my call told me that I could continue my trip but I need to bring my car in for service. I schedule an appointment for Thursday morning at 7:30am. I dropped my car off Wednesday afternoon. The next thing I received a call saying that my car was ready for pickup before the end day on Wednesday. My purge pump was removed and replaced. Took the vehicle they had it for two days and said the problem was the starter so they replaced the starter picked it up. Had to take it back again the next week where they had it again where they could n problem was the starter so they replaced the starter picked it up. Had to take it back again the next week where they had it again where they could not figure out what it was and they replaced a module, which still did not fix the problem took it back a third time and they still could not figure out what was wrong with it so they told them to put it back together and I was coming to get it have tried to call them several times and they will not return my call and will not let me talk to the person that I want to talk to to take care of this problem? I do believe I will never do business with this dealership ever again after spending around $2000 to have my vehicle fixed and it still is not fixed. More
