I’ve bought 3 cars from them over the years -2 Suburbans and a Tahoe. Also had service and recall work done there. Lately ,there seems to be a scheduling problem. I was told lack of employees (techs) and e and a Tahoe. Also had service and recall work done there. Lately ,there seems to be a scheduling problem. I was told lack of employees (techs) and even though I had early morning APOINTMENTS set, my Truck was not done at a reasonable time of day frame. VERY frustrating and I’ve lost faith. I am. 1 vehicle owner and have to Rely on other people to drop me off and pick me up at the dealers. This Last time , it caused a School Bus Driver (in between morning /afternoon shifts) to be LATE BACK TO WORK !!!!! Enough Said More

Not impressed with Windy Chevrolet anymore. I've bought 3 vehicles there and I won't make that mistake again.
