The Worst customer service ever. Mike is very rude person. You call and he never returns you call. All we want is the car we purchased to be exchanged for a car with out a bad paint Mike is very rude person. You call and he never returns you call. We don’t want the car repainted The car came from the factory and Zeigler never inspected the vehicle before they delivered the car to us. This has be going on for 3 months. Do not buy a vehicle from Zeigler they are no help whatsoever with Subaru. More

I did not appreciate the fact that the dealership change their credit card acceptance policy charging each customer 3% service fee for using the credit card as a form of payment and I was not informed about their credit card acceptance policy charging each customer 3% service fee for using the credit card as a form of payment and I was not informed about it until I saw the cashier for making the payment. Also the record for the maintenance plan that I had one oil change and tire rotation on wasn't accurate and I was made feel like the dealership was doing me a favor by accepting the last free service from that plan. Overall, my service visit experience was less than enjoyable. More

1. Registered my car incorrectly. Had to go to the DMV during the winter and COVID. Wasted 3 hours of my life and countless phone calls. 2. Left my car completely greased up after a service and had to during the winter and COVID. Wasted 3 hours of my life and countless phone calls. 2. Left my car completely greased up after a service and had to replace interior trim pieces for scratches. 3. Performed services work that was supposed be covered under warranty, charged my for it anyway. Still waiting on my refund 3 weeks later. The management is apathetic and simply lie to you to get you off the phone... They're even classier in person. (sarcasm) and the service department has severe operational issues. You have to escalate issues to Subaru of America for any traction. It's a complete hassle. So disappointing. I wish I could give no stars. More

I brought our 2014 Legacy in for a check up and Rachel rattled off about $5k worth of repairs. I tried to tell her we were only going to do what was really necessary for the time being but she thought the rattled off about $5k worth of repairs. I tried to tell her we were only going to do what was really necessary for the time being but she thought they all had to be done. Needless to say, we fixed $2k for now. Seemed odd that all those fluids and bulbs all needed to be replaced at the same time. I'm not sure if it was Mile or Adam who seemed to understand our situation. More
