Sold me a car that overheated at some point before I drove. Blew a head gasket less than year having it and let me take it home with a bad wheel barring that was messed up before they sold the car to me drove. Worst delivery experiences at a Ford Dealer I have ever had . Four hours to pick up a A plan special order F150. They did not honor the appointment time I made several days earlier. Dirty vehicle only ran thru the car wash and turned the wipers on to clean the windshield. Also , someone drove it 37 miles before I picked it up . Was never given a copy of the application for State of Mich Title and plate transfer to prove I purchased it there . Sales Manager and F&I persons very rude . Will never go back just a cluster for 4 hours . More
