Would buy again in a heartbeat! I am giving Ewald of Oconomowoc a 5 out of 5 rating. I was in the market for a very specific Ford Fusion as I live in my car during the week and have I am giving Ewald of Oconomowoc a 5 out of 5 rating. I was in the market for a very specific Ford Fusion as I live in my car during the week and have a second job that required enough interior space to move all my gear. I found the Fusion on Autotrader.com and drove by Sunday to look at it in person. I reached out on Facebook to friends if they knew of someone to speak at the dealership and a good friend recommended Dan and asked if he could forward my contact info to Dan. I had an appointment setup in a few texts. Dan had me bring a few pieces of gear to test fit them in the Fusion. Mike helped with finance even though I had brought my own, but was kind enough to see what he could do on the numbers and protection plans. I can appreciate the opportunity to make sure I was getting the best options. So far I love my Fusion and I have a stack of Dan's business cards in my glove box to hand to anyone in need of a ride. (PS I have been using another family dealer for over a decade and purchased five vehicles over the years but they dropped the ball; however Dan at Ewald picked it up and made me a very satisfied customer.) The only odd thing is that on the way home, I noticed the fuel tank had an estimated 40 miles left in it, less than a 1/4 tank. No biggie, just odd. More

Not only did he find the perfect vehicles for both my husband and I but he truly made our experience fun... wait did I say fun... at a car dealership? YUP...Dan was super knowledgeable, easy to work with and honest and forthcoming and has a great personality!! If your looking for a vehicle this should be the salesperson to ask for!! Also big thank you to Mike the finance manager.... I’m not sure it was possible to laugh so much during 2 vehicle finance deals but mike had us cracking up. Never once did we feel like he wasn’t doing or suggesting something that wasn’t in our best interest. Very honest great guy!!
