Let's be real, no one really looks forward to the all day car buying experience, especially if you weren't planning on being in the situation where suddenly you need a new vehicle unexpectedly. This was the case for me, but luckily I got Rosie. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, attentive & so sweet. She made this process so easy & believe it or not, fun! I actually found myself starting to get excited to buy a new car which was something I wasn't planning on doing for a long while. She helped me nail down my dream car I didn't even know I wanted! The whole experience from beginning to end was more amazing than I could have imagined & it's all thanks to Rosie. She really made the experience so enjoyable. Shout out to Mike Ball & David Gonzalez who were the managers as well as Reza Etemad who was the Finance Manager, they were all also a pleasure to work with alongside Rosie. I've been in my new car for a few months now & no joke, I get so excited when I walk to my car in the morning for work. From the minute we arrived, we never felt pressu review, but Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel and Brett Ogan seriously made this a special experience. From the minute we arrived, we never felt pressured. We let Brett know what we were looking for and he jumped right on it. However, this was a spontaneous shopping event for my wife and I. We were looking to replace a car that she was unhappy with, but did not intend to buy...just to "look". Despite it being towards the end of the day, Brett didn't care and he kept helping us. We could not make up our minds, so we decided to return the next day. Brett was so patient and finally helped us find the car which made my wife so happy. We honestly could not be happier with our purchase, but this would not have happened without Brett. Thank you so much MBZ of Laguna Niguel. Brett is a perfect example of what salespersons should aim to be.
