We have always have great experience at Crestmont Hyundai. We have several car purchase from them and we still service our cars at Crestmont. Every time we go there Chris, the GM and his staff makes Hyundai. We have several car purchase from them and we still service our cars at Crestmont. Service was great but not sure why when calling in auto answer says to press a number for service only to transfer you to an operator who puts you through to a voicemail not in service. Left a message I ne answer says to press a number for service only to transfer you to an operator who puts you through to a voicemail not in service. Left a message I needed an oil change and had two different calls from salesman wanting to discuss the Elantra I was interested in. I had to ask the salesman to relay my message that I wanted to schedule an oil change but Mike in service gave me his card and said next time call him directly More

All of the associates were very friendly and accommodating. I brought my Hyundai in for a recall. The waiting area was comfortable. The wait was shorter than anticipated, which was nice.
