I don't really enjoy buying a new car. I find the whole process draining, but Advantage Chevy made it as painless as the new car industry will let it be. My original car salesman Chris Miller was very helpful and did an excellent job selling his product. I was deciding between a Dodge Ram and the Chevy Silverado. The original Silverado I thought I wanted didn't thrill me at all when I saw it but Chris didn't waste anytime trying to talk me into that truck he just found a different model that I loved and bought. When I went back to pickup my truck Chris wasn't there but Steve Jaeger took over handling the paperwork and showing me my truck. He did an excellent and quick job to get us out the door driving. We were lied to several times, no return calls, sold vehicle we wanted to buy. Told us trade was not worth anything when it was sold by you 6mo ago and told by Armstrong he would make sure we never lost vehicle we wanted to buy. I bought 4 cars and was treated and lied to once first deal was signed. Pull bait and switch on vehicle I picked to buy but they sold it and switched it with a car they wanted me to buy. More

I went to Advantage looking for a new car that was a little more cost effective then what I was driving. I had spoken to Chris over the phone and we had decided to take a look at the Sonic. When I arrived I was greeted with a large smile and a warm welcome. Chris went out of his way and had multiple options already pulled up front for me. I had a fantastic time working with Chris and him showing me all the ins and outs of the vehicle I was looking at. We decided on things that I actually NEEDED for my car and there was no forced sales or anything that would generally turn me away from a dealer. We were able to find a perfect car for my needs at a fantastic price. Everyone that I worked with, from the sales team, to the service department was professional and friendly. I will be going to Advantage for my next car, and recommending them to all my friends as well. More

I told its great ,that I had to come back for a scratch repair !!! very easy to deal with. straight forward and honest, brought the car in from other location to allow my wife to see, worked hard to make the deal acceptable to both of us. shook hands and knew the deal brought the car in from other location to allow my wife to see, worked hard to make the deal acceptable to both of us. shook hands and knew the deal was complete with no surprises, filled the tank and washed it even though it was raining and buffed out a scratch we found a couple of days later. an all around great experience!!!
