Horrible service department and pushy sales department. Took truck there for replacement motor. Matt their service advisor said it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get a motor in February 2023. Finally got a mot Took truck there for replacement motor. Matt their service advisor said it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get a motor in February 2023. Finally got a motor in August of 2023 after numerous calls and messages that was never returned. Then the price he quoted myself and yemm was a lie and ended up costing another $3000 cause he said he didn't think about turbos needing replaced when we all asked if the original price of 11000 covered turbos and he said yes. Well nope it didn't now. Then truck still had issues after getting it back 3 times from them and having it towed back. We had to replace battery which was over $200 and that wasn't issue. It was actually the fact that their guys don't know what they are doing and messed up wiring harness and melted main wiring harness. Now truck is throwing O2 codes again but no other Ford dealership will touch it cause shottenkirk touched it. So only place we found to cover it now it a Ford dealership 2 hrs away from us. So truck will go there now cause they at least found out that shottenkirk guys broke wire to O2 sensor when they disconnected them to see if they were giving bad turbo codes. Will never take another vehicle to them and we own 2 other Fords. And let's not forget that I left messages for GM and service manager and can't get them to call back either. They will just steal money from you and lie to you. Specially if you're a female. Just run and don't take your vehicles here. Instead went elsewhere and purchased a brand new 2023 cause I refuse to buy from them now as well. They have lost all my business. More
