I have three recommendations that are needed to improve service: 1. Ability to track ordered parts status. I can order a part from an auto parts store and have status of its shipping and delivery date. service: 1. Ability to track ordered parts status. I can order a part from an auto parts store and have status of its shipping and delivery date. Chevrolet/GM cannot. They had no idea when or if the needed part for my vehicle would arrive. 2. Follow up work should get immediate attention. When I received my repaired vehicle, a collateral issue had occurred - it was 3 days (Friday afternoon to Wednesday noon) before it was even looked at. Once looked at, the resolution was quick. I found this unacceptable - making a customer wait another half week to correct and error they induced. 3. The Service Manager should care to contact a customer if requested. I had a question my service rep said should be answered by the Service Manager. He was to get the Manager to call me. It didn't happen. I waited a day and called the Manager. Never heard from him. More

I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to check for any vibrations. After the inspection, they called me saying I had damage to my muffler, which didn’t make sense. They charged me $150 for l check for any vibrations. After the inspection, they called me saying I had damage to my muffler, which didn’t make sense. They charged me $150 for labor, but when I took my car to a muffler shop, they confirmed the muffler was fine. I then took it to another mechanic, and the issue turned out to be the transmission mount. I paid $150 for nothing, as they didn’t diagnose the problem correctly. More

I could not have had a better experience. I had driven to Alabama from Michigan when my check engine light went on. I called the dealership and they took me right in with a quick diagnosis. I left my vehicle and by the next noon was informed it had been fixed . We also received a ride from the courtesy driver to our accommodations. The communication was superb and I so appreciated the efficiency and care I received! More
