John was amazing, didn't play any games, and offered me a fair trade-in value. It was basically a sign-and-drive experience - hassle-free and straightforward. During a delivery, John patiently explained everything, connected my phone, and went over all the vehicle's features. This place is absolutely awful. Had a terrible service experience. Brought my car in to get checked and ended up with a $800 bill. They refilled the Freon and I didn’t even realize they were doing it I told them I just wanted them to diagnose it but they’re masters at being sketchballs. Anyway I called the gym to complain and he told me “your 2017 is an older car it’s going to need work” felt like he was absolutely trying to belittle me for not having the newest model. I told him I had no idea they were doing what they were doing and certainly wasn’t made aware of the charges and he told me there was nothing he could do cuz I already paid which is xxxxxxxx. Total xxxxxxxx. A few days went by so I called again and the guy was again saying I signed the papers and that was it so now I’m writing this review. They are awful and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. The GM clearly has fostered a very greedy vibe in his team. Comes from the top down. Never trust a car dealership. I also was told when I brought my car in they would touch up my rims as I have a rim package. Their guy wasn’t even there! They truly are the absolute worst. More

Mark Fournjian the salesman was great showing my wife all about the 2024 Cayenne that we came to see and did purchase. And lastly Joesph Lozada was great helping us finalize the paperwork. This is a well run dealership and I highly recommend anyone looking for a Porsche especially to visit this team. On a side note it’s a very good looking dealership and the place was spotless as you would expect for Porsche . My wife and I value how we are treated when we are about to purchase an expensive car so this place lived up to our expectations . I look forward to our next deal with them. More
