Was the easiest car purchase I have experienced. Mostly done by phone and my time at the dealership was short. Got what needed to be done finished in a timely manner. Poor customer service. Switch bait to get you into the dealership. After many weeks of shopping I found a 2019 Mercedes priced at 14,986 on their website. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. I went into finance at 9:30 pm and asked for a copy of the sales agreement as they were rushing me due to the time. They kept insisting I will get it by the time I arrive home. Fast forward it took 2 weeks of many calls and promises that Robert from finance finally emailed me the copy. To my surprise the sales price was changed from $14,986 to $16,255. Luckily I have photos of the sale price they were advertising. Still waiting to hear back on how they will correct it as I was told during signing the price was 14,986 and I kept confirming with the finance guy. They were nice and bombarded me with text messages and emails and went silent after the sale. Their receptionist is really rude and kept transferring me to everyone but as soon as I would try to tell her it was still me she would transfer me again. I felt like she was hoping I would give up and hang up. Overall bad experience. Stay away from this place. More

What should have been an exciting day turned into a complete disaster due to poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I left with cash in hand, in tears, feeling helpless. Here goes…I called ahead and spoke with Jessica, who assured me she would take care of everything for my visit. That didn’t happen. When I arrived, she did not greet me or assist me at all; I was handed off to Perla, who was fine, but that was not the issue. I made it clear from the start that I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle listed at around $31k and I had this agreement in writing—through text messages and paperwork. To make matters worse, when I got there, the car had been pulled up for me, but someone else was taking it for a test drive. I was not even able to take it for a spin, despite Jessica pulling it up just for me. I came prepared with a cashier’s check and even paid $1,100 for insurance on the vehicle. I was ready to make the purchase and drive away. Then, I was informed that the deal was no longer valid and that I would need to pay an additional $3,000. They claimed a mistake had been made online and that they wouldn’t make enough profit. This kind of dishonesty and greed is a real problem. I firmly believe that because I was a cash buyer, they were unwilling to honor the agreement. When I expressed my frustration, I felt threatened with being escorted from the dealership. This experience completely ruined my day and my excitement. I have been shopping for this car for months, and to learn that I would not be getting it because of their dishonest practices is beyond disappointing. I left the dealership feeling rejected, with my cashier’s check for me to return and my funds frozen, adding to the stress I already experience with car dealerships. Not to mention, I carry a full coverage policy on this car now, that I don’t own. Unbelievable. My experience at Bell Honda reflects a significant lack of professionalism and respect for their customers who are about to make a huge purchase. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as this treatment is completely unacceptable and EXACTLY WHY PEOPE HATE DEALERSHIPS. I will tell every soul that will listen about this experience, warning them of this kind of thing. Bell Honda is not the place to have a great experience. They were trying to squeeze extra money out of of me right at the very end. Sneaky, bad practice. Poor character. The GM should call me personally. More
