This group, while seeming to be mostly men, were professional, decent guys who did what they said they would. That said, and true, I bought a ceramic coat and extended warranty, at time of purchase, and I changed my mind after driving away. I was pleasantly surprised by not being harassed by sales people the minute we got out of our car. I normally hate going to car dealerships when they are open because you feel like you can’t just walk around people the minute we got out of our car.
