Sales representive Martin made buying a car easy and fun! From start to finish, he was on it, without a hard sell. I just eased into a new car, and drove it home that evening. Can't say enough regarding Martin's knowledge of Hyundai and the pride for the Findley Family Dealership. I replaced my totaled car from a rear end collision. I love Hyundai Kona, that car saved our lives. We walked away after a full blunt-force.trauma impact at 50+ MPH, by a one-ton truck, pulling an empty horse.trailer, totaled the back end of my Kona, We were still able to open our front doors and walk away, no broken bones or leaks. Safety-belt saved our lives, but it does have some residual injury from the impact. But alive and well, we will recover! A loyal Hyundai customer, this is my 4th Hyundai; I've had 2 Velosters, sold at 120,000 mi. Kept the oil clean everything maintained, never had any issues. And, now my 2nd Kona. It's a very tight maneuvering car. My husband's 6'4" and still comfortable for him, the load capacity.is great for my work. HYUNDAI, best handling car so far. I've had BMW and Mercedes, but this Kona drives beautifully, particularly, and price is great. Thanks again to Martin, at Prescott Finley Hyundai. He deserves a Gold Star! More

Usually “good time” and buying a new car don’t go together in the same sentence in my experience. But this has been the exception. Chris, the sales rep, and Kyle in Finance were absolutely wonderful! together in the same sentence in my experience. But this has been the exception. Chris, the sales rep, and Kyle in Finance were absolutely wonderful! The dealership had a large selection of vehicles to choose from and we found just what we wanted. The above and beyond customer service continued even after the deal was made. Chris took us around the dealership introducing us to the staff in the service department and explained the process for bringing our new “baby” in for covered service and maintenance. What we really appreciated was the wonderful tutoring session he gave us on how to operate this car with all the innovations these new cars come with. So our brains wouldn’t explode, he covered all the basics and then extended an open invitation to come back for further help and assistance if we need it on the myriad bells and whistles of this phenomenon of engineering. Excellent car buying experience! More

Not very impressed with the service or price. I came to you from prescott Honda thinking my huyundai would get better service, I was mistaken. For about the same price I got the car washed and the inside vacuumed out. I was told about a part of the car that couldn't be repaired and the trans would have to be replaced to the tune of about 6 grand. I would sell it before I paid that. I owe less than that on the car. If this cars trans has a problem like that after 57 k miles I should have never bought it. More
